How is the training going?
All training sessions are online, one-on-one with an instructor. At the first training session, the trainer asks about your general physical health and finds out any contraindications. The duration of the training session is 50 minutes.
Will your classes work for me if I've never done yoga?
Absolutely! We will help you choose a program and an instructor based on your needs.
How often should I practice to get results?
Everyone chooses a workout schedule that is comfortable for them, it is very individual. As a rule, we recommend starting with 2 times a week.
What do I need to know to prepare for class?
— Refrain from eating an hour or two before class
— Wear comfortable clothes.
— You need a yoga mat for the class.
